$20 per month for one system and $15 per month for each additional system
Our generator visit will include the following:
- Change engine oil and oil filter
- Replace spark plugs and air filter
- Test battery function and readings
- Simulate a power loss test to ensure proper operation
- Clean the generator unit
- Inspect for rodent damage and ensure wiring integrity
- Ensure proper grounding of the unit
$40 per month for each air-cooled, $50 per month for each liquid-cooled
Our tankless water heater visit will include the following:
- Descale the heat exchanger for efficient operation
- Clean air inlet and water inlet filters
- Perform a visual inspection of internal components
- Verify electrical connection to the tankless unit
- Assess plumbing for corrosion and wear
$40 per month for one tankless water heater and $35 per month for each additional tankless water heater
