We returned home from vacation on a Sunday afternoon to find our thermostat at 80 degrees and climbing. We knew immediately that something wasn’t right. We called the Roby Heating & Cooling emergency phone number and got a call back from Jeremy within a matter of minutes. He was at our home in under an hour to check things and get us cooled off. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with us, even though his Sunday evening was interrupted too!

Roby Services did a fantastic job for us. We had a number of projects on our list. In our first meeting, they gave us sound advice that saved us money and headaches. The work required almost two weeks at our home, and they always showed up when they said they would, accomplished what they had planned for the day and cleaned up their worksites. Every member of the Roby Services team was professional, courteous and helpful. We are most pleased with the results and will definitely use Roby Services again and again.

We have used Roby Services several times since we moved into our new townhome. They have done everything from changing light fixtures, installing ceiling fans, hanging curtain rods and putting in our child proof gates on the stairwell.
