Maintenance Membership Levels

Choose the Plan that Works Best for You

We know that one size doesn’t always fit all. That’s why we offer four maintenance membership levels to suit your needs. Enjoy annual visits and inspections, year-round savings, and priority scheduling starting at just $20 per month! Here’s what we offer:

  • Bronze Membership: One service for $20 per month ($30 for generator service)

  • Silver Membership: Your choice of two services for $38 per month ($48 for generator service)

  • Gold Membership: Your choice of three services for $56 per month ($66 for generator service)

  • Platinum Membership: All four services for $74 per month

Keep in mind that additional rates may apply, depending on the number of units you have in your home:

  • $10 per month for each additional HVAC unit

  • $10 per month for each additional storage-tank water heater

  • $25 per month for each additional tankless water heater

  • $30 per month for each additional generator

We provide numerous convenient, money-saving benefits for a low monthly rate. Here’s what to expect:

  • Regularly scheduled visits: Routine maintenance helps your electrical, backup power generation, heating and cooling, and plumbing systems last longer. Your membership includes one maintenance/safety inspection per year—two visits in the case of HVAC memberships. The best part is we give you a courtesy reminder, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling the visit yourself.

  • Discounts: The cost of maintenance is included in your membership. Then, if your system needs attention between scheduled visits, you receive 50% off service calls and 10% off repairs.

  • Priority scheduling: No one likes having to wait. If you have an emergency, give us a call, and we’ll move you to the top of the queue for the fastest service possible.

Electrical Maintenance To-Do List

  • Thoroughly inspect the electrical panel.

  • Address any code updates since the previous visit.

  • Conduct a thermal scan to detect hotspots or other dangers.

  • Check for proper electrical grounding.

  • Check for appropriate receptacle covers in wet locations.

  • Inspect the attic and crawlspace for moisture, animal damage, etc.

  • Inspect the smoke detectors.

Generator Maintenance To-Do List

  • Thoroughly inspect the generator.

  • Check all fuel lines and connections.

  • Replace the oil with factory-recommended oil.

  • Replace the oil filter.

  • Inspect and clean the cooling enclosure louvers.

  • Check the battery for corrosion and clean as needed.

  • Clean and tighten the battery terminals.

  • Check the battery’s charge state and electrolyte levels and replace if needed (replacement battery not included)

  • Replace the engine air cleaner.

  • Replace the engine spark plugs.

Heating & Cooling Maintenance To-Do List

  • Thoroughly inspect the HVAC unit.

  • Clean the HVAC unit and clear away any foliage or debris.

  • Change the air filter as needed (customer must supply the filter).

  • Check the thermostat for correct functioning.

  • Inspect the ductwork for leaks.

  • Inspect the attic and crawlspace for moisture and other damage.

  • Inspect carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms.

  • Inspect the water heater.

Plumbing Maintenance To-Do List

  • Thoroughly inspect the plumbing system.

  • Check all drains, faucets, hose bibs, backflow preventers, and pressure regulator valves.

  • Inspect the crawlspace for leaks, mold growth, etc.

  • Inspect and flush the water heater.

  • Clean the area surrounding the water heater.

  • Descale the tankless water heater, if applicable (additional $25).
